Introducing The REF!
The Orthopedica REF™ replaces both Internal Fixation (IMN surgery) and conventional External Fixators with a single easily applied device that dramatically reduces cost, risk, recuperation time, and patient discomfort, while dramatically improving clinical outcomes.

Self adjusts to healing process
The REF's Patent-pending, “progressive fixation” technology provides adaptive motion during the callus formation phase (during the first 3 weeks post-fracture), and then transitions to complete immobilization of the fracture during the callus ossification phase (following the first 3 weeks post-fracture).

Highly flexible to limb structure
Unlike rigid conventional external fixators, the REF easily accommodates any limb topology.

Prevents bone-pin infections
The REF's unique "anti-seizing" mechanism allows weightbearing from day 1, while dynamically transferring stresses away from the bone-pin interface and into shock-absorption mechanisms of the device.

Accommodates virtually any fracture
The REF's pins are adjustable 26+ degrees in either direction, providing extreme flexibility for bone positioning.

Simple application and adjustment
Despite its unprecedented level of flexibility and adjustability, the REF requires no intermediary connections - all adjustments are done with a single Allen-wrench tool.

Monitors bone healing
AI algorithms enable the REF to actively monitor callus induction and bone healing, providing guidance to the physician on treatment progress.
Game-changing advantages versus any other TF treatment option
